Dec 23, 2004 · I installed Cisco VPN Client 3.6.4 on my lappie running XP SP2. However, after successful installation, I can't seem to be able to send any packets out of my network adapter. I have even stopped firewall services but a simple ping command still fails to ping any node on the network.

However, VPN Client does not support the ST Microelectronics smart card Model ST23YL80, and smart cards from the same family. VPN Client supports up to one Ethernet adapter and one PPP adapter.
